I am currently an MS1 at OSUCOM, and am would really like to get a better grasp on learning the fundamentals of radiology. We are given some exposure via our anatomy lab, but receive no formal training in the basics. I was wondering if anyone might recommend some good online sites or text that you found valuable to overcoming the initial awkwardness of wrapping your head around many of the subtleties of plain films. I am aware there are more modalities, some far superior, but would like to start with basics and build on that. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
I have already found "Wheeler's", Learningradiology.com, and have the text "Understanding Xrays: A Plain English Approach". I was hoping for a large amount of "normal", combined with pathology that is explained clearly.
