It's time to consider applying to all/most of the DO schools to maximize your chances of getting in. For MDs you might want to apply broadly and target schools that closely match your stats. Averaging 508 now with 3 more months to go I think you can definitely improve, but that is an unknown.
 
I would say that you want at least a 515+ on your MCAT, since you're taking it a second time. Many schools take the average of your two scores, so that would mean you would have a 510ish, which coupled with your GPA, should make you competitive. Otherwise, I would suggest applying to DO.

As long as you do well on your MCAT, acceptance will mostly come down to how you present your application and how well you interview, as long as you choose appropriately matched schools.
