At least at the moment docs can opt out of a plan if they don't like its terms. With increased monopoly of the system by insurance companies and/or the government, how will opting out remain a reasonable option? Lawyers, politicians, and insurance company CEOs are pulling the wool over patients' eyes and doctors' eyes, and we shouldn't fall for it yet again.
