i've read many posts suggesting that text books should be used as a supplement to various review books (or vice versa). my question for those who've prepared and taken the MCAT: did you find your review books incomplete? or, did you use your text as a reference for concepts you did not understand? i'm using examkrackers, and, thus far, am very happy with their material--it seems more than comprehensive. i'd rather not go back to the text if the review books are adequate. . . .

For concepts I've already had, my TPR review books were fine. For new material (especially physiology) the review book helped me focus on the main points to study in my class, so it was definitely enough for old material, and extremely helpful for new material.
