I would definitely drop 10 since they are having so many problems. If you are going for a fellowship after residency I would rank USC and Loma Linda 1 and 2. Is St. Mary's in Long Beach? I would rank Kern #3. Then the Kaiser programs. The rest are up for grabs.

1. Loma Linda (Good program- I have a few friends from top notch med schools who did their residencies here)
2. Texas Tech (I have heard good things from friends about fellowship placement here in the categorical program)
3. University of Nevada
4. Kern
5-6 your Kaiser programs and then the rest
