Hey all!
I'm currently an MS4 dual applying to FM and EM and am curious about drill structure as a attending. So far under MDSSP, I haven't had to do physical weekend drill since we can just fill out the form while under the program for Army Reserves. For attendings, is drill structured as one weekend a month? If you're in a hospitalist or EM physician role (seems like from EM physicians I've talked to it's around 2 weekends a month as well), are you working 3/4 weekends and how do you balance that with family life?
