Question for those who work in the SNF setting. I have been a SNF physiatrist for 8 years now. I want to ask the group here the same question I am asking the therapist I work with.
Do you see a value in having a Physiatrist co manage patients with you in this setting?
What are some of the main barriers to care in relation to the primary care team?
What are something you wish you could do yourself so you would not not need a Physiatrist?
Thank you
