Question about MSUCOM admissions

I interviewed at MSUCOM last week and was told by a fellow interviewee that the admissions committee meets every Wednesday. Having said that, he went on to mention that you could call the admissions office on Wednesday afternon and find out the wether you have been accepted, rejected, or wait-listed. Does anyone know this to be true or was he also misinformed?
