PTCAS Q's

My first question... I e-submitted my application 8/16 but my final transcript (the final item I needed to complete my whole application) arrived 8/28. How do you know once your application is processed? Will there be an email sent to me? Does that coincide with the mailing date to the PT destinations?

My second question... I have PT observation hours that I had to send to off twice so some of them are not verified. Will those need to be verified before my application can be processed?

I don't know the answers since I'm not applying this cycle. I've asked a question on the PTCAS facebook and they responded by the next day. I'd try asking there too.
