I'd say start by perusing each program's website. Key metrics to evaluate (in no particular order) are:
-EPPP pass rates (the higher the better)
-match rates to APA-accredited internships (also, the higher the better)
-attrition rates (the lower the better)
-costs of attendance (the lower the better)
-match of interest to program emphasis to personal goals
