I am currently doing internship in India. According to the medical board of california and ECFMG, there is a requirement that says we need to do 4 weeks of psychiatry. During internship, I did 2 weeks and in my 2nd year, I did 2 weeks. Is it required that i do another 2 weeks during internship or is what I've done enough?

Hey, I had the same doubt. I confirmed it from my seniors who were doing residency in the US. Our degree (MBBS) is 5.5 years, so when you report the clinical electives, you add t internship as well.
In case you haven't already applied for PTAL, list all the rotations including medicine.
I personally got dissuaded from PTAL by the requirement for SSN.
