Prospects of finding fy1 job for IMGs

Hello friends
I have graduated from Pakistan. Now interested in giving PLAB. However my internship does not fulfill the criteria laid out by GMC i.e dont have 3 month rotation in general sugery. Which probably means that I'l have to apply for fy1 post. My question is that what are the prospects of finding an fy1 job? As I had heard somewhere that fy1 is difficult to get while there are a lot of vacancies in fy2...
