prontopass ... some questions

Hello all,
I see that a lot of students are using prontopass. So, I went on their website but I see that they have quickcards, math practice, posters, Q bank etc. I am not interested in those audio CDs.
Which of these materials did you find most useful?
Also, they have some material on MPJE. Do they have anything on CPJE?
