In terms of? I'm assuming you mean in terms of milk production/breastfeeding, because that's the only place I can see confusion about their roles occurring.

Prolactin stimulates milk production and breast development, while oxytocin stimulates 'milk letdown', which is basically just actually getting the milk out.
