I'm supposed to start my elective in NM soon. The thing is, I'm in my 2nd trimester and was wondering if I will even be allowed to do this elective. Haven't mentioned to the program director that I'm pregnant yet. Guess I didn't think it was necessary since I assumed that it would be in a controlled and relatively safe environment. Should I be worried? Guess I should let him know that I'm pregnant before I start right?
