Practicing radiologists, what has salary and your work flow been like?

Because radiologists seem to complain that number of imaging goes up while reimbursement per study goes down, how was it 10 years ago compared to now? I mean how was your work flow; easier, less stressful or not doing nearly as many for the same salary.

Do you see essentially the same thing happening in the next 10 years?
