Practice Factors

For those of you that may have been in the field for a while, in deciding between different community oncology practices, what would you say the most important factors are regarding practice characteristics - of course with compensation, retirement, health insurance basically all the same. Really torn between a few options and I'm wondering if there are some options I haven't considered (location, family, structure (hospital owned vs PSA vs completely free standing), call schedule, partners, etc)
