Potassium ion vs Chloride Ion Size

I thought that Chloride ions were smaller than potassium ions. Doesn't atomic radius increase going from Right to Left of the Periodic Table.

Or is this because anions are larger than cations?

Normally chlorine is smaller, but ions are different sizes than neutral.
Can think of it like this: both have same number of electrons, but potassium has more protons which draws in electron cloud.
