Postop patient with narcotics suicide risk

So I do a Brostrom on a patient whose boyfriend breaks up with her 2 weeks postop. She goes to her pcp and can't rule out suicide. I had prescribed oxycodone 5mg tabs. She is under care of mental health now. Any thoughts on my duties regarding the oxycodone? I won't prescribe any more, and she shouldn't have many pills left.

you have none. And if all this happened after the break-up which you said was 2 weeks after surgery, she should already be out of Oxy...how many are you writing for and how many times post-op are you refilling it?

I usually give about 15 to 20 without refills, less than a week's worth, but maybe she didn't take many initially, just thinking defensively for this situation.
