Postgraduate Training in Psychiatry

Hi,

I am confused with the system of postgrad training in Ireland.

I want to specialize in Psychiatry.
Do I apply for SHO jobs or Basic Specialist Training (BST) scheme?
Is the SHO experience counted in the specialty?

If someone can please shed some light on it, it will be great.
