Postgraduate from Poland would like to do UK Residency

Hello. I just graduated from Warsaw Medical School in Poland. I would like to do my residency in the uk. What is the procedure to go about it? I heard i have to register with the GMC; I have done the online part and have been asked to send them my documents which i will and then be asked to come for a in-person document check. After that I assume I can apply for medical residencies after that provisional registration is complete. Is this correct?
Is there a page i can go to listing residency programs in the uk and their requirements; gmc doesn't list hospitals and their programs. I would like to find out the names of hospitals requirements and deadlines for applications
Any and all help would be appreciated
