PM&R wannabe

reading all your posts has made me very interested in PM&R and at the same time apprehensive as well. if its as competitive as it seems to be would An International medical grad from India without USCE stand a chance for it.
I do have scores in the late 90s. do u think that would save me?
also i can only work in the southern states (family reasons)
