PM&R fellowships for Internists?

I have been searching, but I can't find if there are any Pain Medicine or PM&R fellowships available to Internists. Anyone have info?

Pain Medicine is a fellowship limited to Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, and Psychiatry (as far as I know).

PM&R is not a fellowship but a residency all itself.
