PM&R docs in Army (what are they doing during deployment?)

Does anyone know what PM&R docs are doing during deployment for the military? Are they getting to do rehab type work or being drawn into more primary care settings?

I'd imagine they are doing the job of a GMO since most rehab takes place here in the states.
