i can't wait until 9:00 PM EST, so that these damn help me rank posts will stop.

the differences in reputation between the programs that you are considering is minimal. you really can't go wrong (or right i guess?) by choosing one over the other. where do you want to be? in NY you have monte, temple in philly, maryland in balitimore, gw in dc, pitt in pitt and rush in chicago.

if it were me i would probably choose new york first...

If a location is not a issue, I will rank U Pitt # 1 based on the strength of their subspeciality divisions and fellowship placement. Pitt is a best choice among those you listed if you arte thinking about pursuing a fellowship possibly. Pittsburgh is a second largest city in PA. The living in Pittsburgh is very affordable for its size and diversity.

From what I hear (not very reliable):
Monte>Pitt=Maryland>Jefferson=RWJ>GWU>Temple, don't know anything about the rest. I wish I had interviewed at Pitt and RWJ! Monte and RWJ seem to be popular choices among my classmates this year.

but as bof said, differences are very minimal. ROL deadline is nearing, so I would just go with your gut and submit the picks.
