What can plastic surgeons do that cosmetic surgeons cannot do?

I'm not asking the differences between the routes to acheiving these titles, the governing bodies that "certify" each, or who's "most qualified", but if there's an actual difference in the job descriptions and compensation.

Plastic Surgery includes burn care, wound care, hand surgery, reconstruction after cancer (e.g. breast recon after mastectomies), and cosmetic surgery. Cosmetic surgery has tummy tucks, eyelids, facelifts, etc. I could be wrong, but I think plastic surgeons and cosmetic surgeons are the same. It just depends on what you want to do in plastic surgery, e.g. focus on wounds or cosmetic surgeries or even both. With compensation, a surgeon who does alot of cosmetics will definitely get paid alot. There is less hassle and more money involved in cosmetic surgery because the doctors don't have to worry about insurance paperwork and compensation.
