We are currently looking for postdoctoral research fellow at the Houston Methodist Hospital, Division of Plastic Surgery starting on July 1, 2018. We are in Houston, TX and are affiliated with Weill Cornell Medicine.
The position is open to MD/DO/PhD candidates interested in plastic surgery research. The term will be for 2 years. In certain circumstances we will consider a 1 year term. The position will involve conducting clinical research projects with our plastic surgery faculty and residents, with the goal of presenting at local and national meetings and ultimately carrying the projects through to publication. There are also opportunities for book chapters and basic science research as the projects come along.
We currently have 11 faculty and have an ACGME plastic surgery fellowship that accepts 2 fellows a year after completing general surgery.
