Any suggestions on study material for the Plastic Surgery In-Service exam? Is it difficult? If so, any study tips to beating it? Are there any practice/old questions available?

Your program should have at least ten years worth of old in-service exams available. That's the best study aid -- lots of questions come up year after year with minimal rewrites.
Agreed. Only after I went through a few year's worth of questions did I really begin to understand the true scope of the test. And year after year, the questions become more familiar. It is true, the same principles get revisited time and time again, often with similar questions.
After taking several years' worth of tests, you might see in which of the four categories you are weaker, comprehensive, cranio, hand, or cosmetic. If you've got more time to study, then you could concentrate on your weaknesses.
