Pharmacy residency positions posted on Indeed?

Why are there ASHP accredited pharmacy residency postings on Indeed? I have seen some that were recently posted (within the last day, and others that were posted after match day, but for programs that I know matched their spots.

Indeed scans positions posted on company job boards. Usually those jobs are posted so the matched applicants can officially start the hiring process through HR and start to fill out paperwork. Those positions are not actually open. My hospital does this.
