The Mountain Area Health Education Center Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program is seeking applicants for a PGY-2 position to start on July 1, 2023. Eligible candidates must have completed or be on track to complete PGY-1 in an ACGME accredited Ob/Gyn program. Applicants in training must be in good standing with their current program.

- ERAS Application
- Copy of Medical School Diploma
- COMLEX/USMLE Step Scores 1, 2, and 3
- Curriculum Vitae
- Personal Statement
- Two (2) letters of recommendation from current faculty and one (1) letter from your current Program Director
- Up-to-date ACGME Case Log report
- ACGME Milestone report
- Up-to-date list of completed rotation schedule with dates
