Jacobi Medical Center, located in the tree lined Pelham section of the Bronx, NY is actively seeking qualified applicants for the PGY 2 Chief GPR position.
PGY 2 Chief GPR:
Liason between PGY 1 GPR's and program director
Run OR schedule for full mouth rehab cases
Run On Call schedule for PGY 1 GPR's
The Chief resident is given the complex dental cases in order to learn how to perform'
more complex restorative procedures
Examples:
Converting CD's to temporary hybrids for implant supported cases
Constructing permanent full arch hybrids and fixed cases that are implant supported
Complex fixed and removable cases
Molar rotary endo
Advanced second stage surgery

Applicants must be anticipating or graduates of an accredited GPR or AEGD, and must be a graduate of an accredited US or Canadian dental school. No exceptions.
