I am an intern in a categorical neurology program. While the program is very good, I want to move to Massachusetts/NYC for family reasons. I do not mind transfering to IM/FM either.

Yah, google AOA post match. There are like 90 unfilled positions, but not sure about the quality of the programs compared to ACGME. AOA programs are kind of like "go with the flow."
