do not obsess about when someone interviewed, what letter their last name starts with, what time zone they live in, if they are IS/OOS, what their stats are, AADSAS portal changes, how many spots are taken, how many people are in the groupme/facebook group, how many people are on the waitlist, how fast the waitlist moves, etc, etc, etc
it's simple
you are accepted when you are accepted, you are waitlisted when you are waitlisted, you are rejected when you are rejected
and there is no such thing as a "silent rejection"
the only thing you can control is your own application, and that is already done for this cycle
make your updates as necessary
do letters of interest/intent if you believe they make a difference (in my mind they don't)
hope for the best and plan for the worst
