PCO colonade apt

I have heard lots of negative things about the Colonade apartments located right across from PCO. Everything from mice, cockroaches, car vandalism, ceiling, kitchen and bathroom problems, heat/ac and many more.

I would like to know if anyone wants to share their experience or has anything different to say.
