Hi everyone,
I am not a pharm student, however, my roomate is and he is trying to get into a CA pharm school. i understand that for pharm schools in CA (and many others on the west coast) does not require the PCATS. however, my roomate is fixated on idea that by taking the PCATs would increase his chance of acceptance to a pharm school in CA. Is this true? does taking a nonrequired exam boost your chances of CA pharm school? or is it completely irrelevent, like taking the MCAT for dental school? Thanx.
