I am looking for a position in Pathology PGY-1, anywhere in the USA!
IMG, US Citizen, Working on step 3 now, 2 pathology observerships in NY, Working in research... someone somewhere might be willing to help!
They are taking in people from all over the world, some with zero financial burdens and so many options. Not against taking people from all over, just don't push some of us aside because we dont fit in the box.

You don't get a spot because you are an American citizen. You need to earn it. You must have some major red flags.
