Definitely reach out to local practices and some locums recruiters. Plenty of locums CC opportunities these days that you could work 1 week/month or less (lots of places looking for intermittent coverage like 2 weekends/month).

If interested in being in Las Vegas my group is hiring. Small but very rapidly growing. Allows you to pick your own schedule. Percentage of billing payment system. We go to hospitals, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities.
