Outpatient PA supervisor question

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
There's a T clinic every 5 miles in either direction where I lived. Filled with fat middle aged men with low self esteem and six-pack aspirations. Everyone seems to have low T. If you don't, well they'll just have to "optimize" your current level until you don't hate yourself anymore. Who knew T was also mood stabilizer?
As someone who gets expanded lab evaluations done with enough frequency to monitor changes, I'll tell you that if I see my T numbers dropping to somewhere below age adjusted mean AND I feel like crap, I'd give replacement therapy a shot. Peter Attia's deep dive on the topic made me feel okay with that choice.
