Core Skills in ENT Surgery

- A two-day practical workshop aimed at introducing the basic skills in ENT surgery for ST 1-4 and post-IMRCS.
- 16 October 2007
- Fee: £85
- This one day practical skills training day course is aimed at general practitioners with interest in ENT. The course aims to reinforce the basic concepts and techniques in ENT, train candidates in the use of instrumentation used in ENT surgery and to teach basic skills in tissue handling.

Basic Surgical Anatomy of the Head and Neck

- A two-day anatomical demonstration course aimed for STs. The course will focus on improving the knowledge of the applied anatomy of the head and neck and to develop understanding of the application of this knowledge to the diagnosis and surgical management of head and neck lesions.

- A hands-on cadaveric workshop for consultants and STs 4-6. To improve knowledge of skull base anatomy and to improve techniques of anterior, middle fossa and infratemporal approaches to the skull base.
