so, internists and fp's can prescribe accutane..... so acne is out.
Im and Fp's can inject botox and other crap in your face and do facial peels. so cosmetology is out.

aren't these the most lucrative cases?
but now other nonderms are doing them too....

you can do lots of derm stuff and get paid like a derm without being a derm.
so does this piss off the derms? :)

Acne, botox and facial peels being the most lucrative cases:laugh:. You sure have your finger on the pulse of the derm community! We can't keep up with the skin cancer alone.

so then derms shouldn't have any objection to other doctors doing these procedures right.

i have opened the phone book, and there are derms doing exclusively cosmetics stuff.
 
I couldn't care less. I think eventually OB/GYNs will own the cosmetic market- they have the patients to begin with.
