Orthopedic surgery and University of Rochester

Out of curiousity, How good is the orthopedic surgery program at UR?

Is it ranked well by students? Does it have a strong program?

Also, how about the training? I know some schools don't allow residents to train early on.

How soon do residents get to participate in surgeries that add well to their learning experience? second year, third year?

I would check out www.orthogate.org it has a lot of reviews and probably has a review of Rochester and lots of good threads going on.
