PCAT Organic II

So I am planning to apply to pharmacy school in January because I have not yet done my pcat. Now it's my senior year, for organic 1 I got a B. But for Organic 2 I got a D. I am going to retake Organic 2 in the spring and I know I can get an A. But I was wondering if I take Organic 2 in the spring and a apply for pharmacy school in early Jan. can I still get in with a D in Organic 2 but I am retaking it but it's going to look bad in my transcript even tho I am retaking it without them seeing my final grade. My GPA is a 3.4
