Optometry/Pharmacy Schools in the Philippines

Hi,
I was wondering if it is much easier to get into pharm/optometry schools in the Philippines. I'm from the states, so I don't know if the Philippines license will get accepted in U.S. Anybody know the science and overall GPA to get into Philippines pharm/opt school, and the admission rate for foreign students? Is the admission process hard? Thank you.

1. Philippine license not allowed in US.

2. entering universities need entrance exam. try to research on their websites on how to apply.

3. Professional Practice is important after you graduate. slight problem on filipino graduates prior to january 2003. FPGEC changes the ruling on Foreign Graduates. they allow only 5year BSpharm course prior to Jan. 2003

4. If i were you, dont think about what's difficult and whats not. think about on how you will be able to practice on your profession after you graduate.
