Hello, just thought I'd share this method that has really helped me stay focused especially with STEP 1 weighing heavily on me.
I loved to visit the library in undergrad, but my med school campus is far away from where I live now and no libraries nearby either.
So, found a digital library. Its just a web chat where students study and some post views of their screens if it helps them stay focused. I can't really explain it...but it motivates me. Maybe seeing my competition hard at work makes me less likely to wander
