Has anyone taken the official test on USMLE website, consisting of 137 questions and 4 blocks?

Is there a co-relation between the score on this test v/s the real exam?

My score 111/137 (81%) (19 April)
UWSA1 Score-229 (15 March)
Exam on 1st May.
