Hey guys,
I posted this in the pre-allopathic forum, but I wanted the opinion of current med students as well.
I just found out that I got accepted into NYMC with a scholarship of $17,000! I'm very grateful to get some scholarship money, if it was not for this then my decision would be very easy. Which school would you guys pick and why, Downstate or NYMC? They both have great match lists, so I really don't know which one to pick. I know NYMC's facilities are wayy nicer than Downstate's, but do the facilities really impact your education, or does it just make you have a nicer quality of life? On the day of the interview, one Downstate student said he would've picked NYMC over Downstate had he gotten in, do any other Downstate students feel this way? And visa-versa for NYMC students? Please help me with this decision.
