For those who are going to NYCOM for their interview via Penn Station to Hicksville, the directions on the NYCOM interview letter aren't clear - but the easiest thing to do is to go from Penn St. (34th st) to Hicksville via the LIRR. It's a little over $13 round trip. Then from Hickville, go down to the street level and a little down the street, theres a bus stop for the N20. Take the N20 towards Flushing on your way to NYCOM. The NYIT stop is 2 stops AFTER the stop for SUNY/Old Westbury. On the way back, take the N20 towards Hicksville.

Just fyi.

Good luck!

Does the bus stop exactly on Campus? I saw many bus shelters on campus. How long is the bus trip from train stop to campus stop? Thanks.

It's 8 minutes from Hicksville to NYIT campus. The stop is 2 stops after SUNY Old Westbury. The bus stops at the entrance to NYIT campus - from there, you walk about 5 minutes to the Serota building, just follow the map.
