Beautiful, quiet neighborhood on the Upper East Side of Manhattan (Yorkville), walking distance to New York-Presbyterian (Weill Cornell), Hospital For Special Surgery, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Rockefeller University, and Lenox Hill Hospital. Lots of neighborhood restaurants and public transportation is easily accessible, including the 4, 5 and 6 subway lines. The local M31 and M79 buses connect you to a myriad of other NYC subway lines.
You would have half of a large living room with bookshelves positioned for privacy. Wi-Fi as well as iMac available for your use. This one bedroom apartment is in a luxury high-rise building with 24-hour doorman.
Building is very secure, clean and quiet.
Fitness room and laundry room located in the building. Relax on the roof deck (if you have the time).
