This sucks. Im 21 and I've had sex a few times... but I barely feel anything. Im pretty sure my problem is that its just not very sensitive down there. Im kind of embarrassed to go to a Urologist. I guess I just want to know if some people are just naturally less sensitive than others, or if there could be a medical condition involved. For what its worth, I dont really have a problem getting an erection. Its just the sensitivity thing. Any suggestions?

null, I recommend you go see a Urologist at a hospital near you.
He will take a detailed History from you, wil run a quick examination and maybe order some tests. And ultimately will be able to pinpoint your problem.
Not only that, this (neuropathy? vasculopathy?) could be a rather simple symptom for countless general underlying diseases. Maybe even progressive (worsens with time). So you definitely want to get yourself checked up.
It could also be as simple as having a bad habit you need to stop (smoking..)
Hopefully you'll have this all figured out and 'fixed'
