North Korea residency?

I searched over and over in Google and i could not find any info about residency in North Korea.
Is there anyone who has info about residency or MSc+PhD in North Korea?

Not sure if you really meant North Korea or you mistaken North Korea as South Korea.
Also getting residency in South Korea means you have to learn Korean, are you a local or...?
